Our teacher, Vittorio Tavini, is a certified teacher of the Italian language and a graduate of the Naples Language University (L’Orientale) as well as a Masters degree in translation from Università degli Studi «Guglielmo Marconi». He speaks English fluently and is a native speaker of Italian and has several openings for students wanting to learn Italian and non-native English speakers looking to learn or improve their English.

Lessons via Skype (prices are in dollars):
For those of you who wish to take lessons but are not in Italy, Vittorio is available via Skype at the following rates. The first lesson is 10.00 USD. Subsequent lessons have the following rates:
each 30 minute lesson: 15.00 USD
each 45 minute lesson: 20.00 USD
each 60 minute lesson: 30.00 USD

Payment:
Payments should be made before each lesson and can be done via this web site using PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make payments via PayPal.
Refunds and Cancellations:
If you pay for the lesson and then change your mind, we’ll refund your lesson money as long as you cancel within 24 hours of your lesson, otherwise, the lesson fee is forfeited. If the lesson time that you have worked out is no longer a good time, please let Vittorio know as soon as possible.
Method:
If you live in Rome, Italy, Vittorio can meet with you in person. If you are not in Rome, then lessons are done via Skype with or without webcam. If you need help downloading or setting up Skype, we can also provide some assistance. A microphone is required! Many computers have them built-in. For best results, we recommend purchasing a compatible headset.
About Vittorio:
Vittorio is a graduate of Naples Language University “L’Orientale” and also hold a Masters degree in translation from Università degli Studi «Guglielmo Marconi» in Rome. He is fluent in Italian, Russian and English and has worked in Italy and abroad, teaching Italian and Russian as well as worked for several Italian publishers. Vittorio was also the translator for John Truby’s The anatomy of story, published by Dino Audino Editore in 2008 under the title, Anatomia di una storia.
